How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard in-stock orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. During high-volume periods or major releases, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package departs our warehouse.
What is your return policy for physical media?
We accept returns on unopened vinyl, CDs, and cassettes within 30 days of delivery. If your item arrived damaged or warped, please contact our support team with photos of the product and packaging to initiate a replacement or refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon entry into their country. Shipping times vary significantly depending on the destination and local postal services.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
Due to our automated fulfillment process, we are unable to combine separate orders once they have been placed. We recommend double-checking your cart to ensure all desired items are included before finalizing your purchase.
What should I do if my vinyl record is skipping?
Often, skipping is caused by dust or static on a new record. We recommend cleaning your vinyl with a carbon fiber brush. Additionally, ensure your turntable's tracking force and anti-skate are properly calibrated, as many entry-level players may struggle with heavy-weight pressings.
How are pre-orders handled if I buy in-stock items too?
Orders containing pre-order items will be held until all items are in stock and ready to ship together. If you would like your in-stock items to arrive sooner, please place them in a separate order from your pre-order items.
