Relapse Records stands behind the quality of our music and merchandise; if you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all vinyl, CDs, and apparel remain in their original, unplayed, or unworn condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items, preferably in the original mailer, ensuring that vinyl records are protected against potential warping or corner dings during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items.
